Single Handle Taprite Keg System

The Sanke "D" system lever-style coupler is a common coupler used for American kegs. This coupler is designed to provide maximum flow and can be utilized for single or series keg dispensing. It includes a built-in pressure line shut-off feature, which prevents the loss of gas when the keg is untapped. Additionally, it features an integral non-adjustable safety mechanism to protect kegs against accidental over-pressurization. This coupler is specifically designed for use with American Sankey "D" system kegs.

Most beers brewed in the US and Canada employ the American Sanke coupler. This coupler includes a beer nut, a 5/16" tailpiece, and a check valve for the air side, but it does not include a beer nut, tailpiece, or beer washer for the liquid side. Sometimes referred to as a "tap," this coupler is made in the USA.
