The NANPU Air Drying System - Double Air Filters and Air Pressure Regulator Combo is a 3/8" NPT product designed to remove most liquid and solid particles from the air supply, providing cleaner air than ordinary single filters. The Self-Relieving Pressure Regulator allows for easy adjustment of the outlet pressure.

The original packaging and foam box offer excellent protection for the product, preventing any damage that may occur during transit. Additional accessories, including an Air Coupler & Plug Kit, Thread Seal Tape, and Fittings, are provided to bring more convenience to the installation process. When preparing for installation, ensure that the assembly meets the maximum flow requirement. Clean the port and fittings before installation to effectively avoid introducing dust into the air path. Pay attention to the direction of air flow and the arrow on the product body, as well as the port and thread size to ensure a proper fit.

To adjust the pressure, pull up the knob of the pressure gauge and rotate. Clockwise rotation will increase the pressure, while counterclockwise rotation will decrease it. Stop turning after reaching the required pressure and lock down the knob to prevent any potential leakage issues.

Carefully monitor the pressure gauge to ensure that the reading rises and falls smoothly during the pressure adjustment process. The drainage column will automatically expel any excess air when there is no pressure, and it will close during the air flow passing. When the water level exceeds the upper limit, drainage is necessary to maintain proper dehumidification.

Remember to use a wrench to tighten the fittings to avoid leakage. The first installation may result in an excretion reaction, which is not a leak but rather a result of the internal pressure being different from the outside. In such cases, wait patiently, and the system will work properly.
